Chris Howell, Executive Chef/Owner
Chris is a graduate of Texas State University with a degree in Finance, he is also a graduate of Mom and Dad's kitchen. This is where Chris developed his love for food, and his amazing ability to create unique, exquisite dishes. Chris has lived all over the country and spent much of his life traveling, which makes his love of diffierent cultures and cuisine evident in every meal he puts together. Chris has also spent the large majority of his life in the food service and hospitality industries where he developed and learned many organizational and managerial components of food service and event planning.

Courtney Jones, Director of Marketing/ Owner
Courtney is a graduate of the University of Northern Colorado with a degree in Journalism, and also spent plenty of time in Mom and Grandma's kitchen. Being raised to be a "foodie" gave Courtney ample opportunity to travel and experience many types of cuisine. With Courtney's experience in the food service and hospitality industry, combined with skills in marketing developed in college and her career, she hopes to be able to make Howell catering a household name, and plan spectacular events.
